Flow University VIP Pass
Terms, Conditions, & What to Expect
Last Updated: April 14, 2026
The Flow University VIP Pass is an upgraded training ticket offered by Intermountain Hydronics Specialties LLC (“IHS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing a VIP Pass, you’re agreeing to the terms below.
1. What the VIP Pass Is
The VIP Pass is a paid upgrade to our Flow University training events.
General Admission may still be available at no cost.
VIP is where you get the added value—materials, credits, and a more complete experience.
2. Training Materials, Resources & Reference
We’ll make materials available the day of the event.
Here’s how that works:
- Materials may include downloads, printed handouts, or both
- Some content may come from real-time notes or whiteboard drawings
- Those additional materials will be posted within 48 hours
You’ll have 30 days after the event to download everything.
After that, access isn’t guaranteed.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
If your VIP Pass is cancelled or refunded, materials are not included.
3. CE / PDH Credits
Credits are VIP-only.
To receive them:
- You must check in and attend the class
- You must provide a valid license number (if required)
Certificates will be issued as a PDF after the event.
A few important points:
- No attendance = no credit
- Cancelled or refunded tickets are not eligible for credits
- Acceptance of CE / PDH credits is determined by your licensing authority—not IHS
4. Guaranteed Seating
VIP Pass holders are guaranteed a seat in the IHS Training Theater.
General Admission tickets may be moved to an overflow hospitality area as needed.
5. VIP Experience (Dessert Benefit)
VIP includes one (1) upgraded dessert at lunch.
- You’ll receive a physical ticket at check-in
- Turn it in to claim your dessert
- Dessert tickets are valid only during the lunch period on the day of the event
Lost or unused tickets won’t be replaced.
6. Ticket Transfers
Plans change—we understand.
VIP Passes can be transferred if:
- The request is completed before 5:00 PM MST the day before the event
The new attendee must provide all required information, including licensing details if they want CE/PDH credits.
After that deadline, transfers won’t be honored.
7. Refund Policy
We keep this straightforward:
- Refund requests must be made by 5:00 PM MST the day before the event
- Requests after that window may be denied
No refunds for:
- No-shows
- Failure to check in
- Missing required information for credits
If a refund is issued:
- Access to class materials will be revoked
- CE / PDH credits will not be issued
- Refunds are issued as Flow University Store Credit only, which can be applied to any future class
8. Attendance & Check-In
To be counted as attending:
- You must check in at the event
We reserve the right to verify attendance for CE / PDH qualification.
9. Event Changes & Cancellation
We do our best to keep everything locked in—but sometimes adjustments are necessary.
We may modify:
- Date
- Instructor
- Content
If we cancel the event:
- You’ll receive a refund or Flow University Store Credit for a future class
We are not responsible for travel or other outside costs.
10. Code of Conduct
We expect a professional, respectful environment.
If behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, we may ask you to leave.
No refund will be issued in those cases.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our training is provided for informational and educational purposes.
IHS is not responsible for:
- How the material is applied in the field
- Licensing or professional outcomes
- Any indirect or consequential damages related to participation
12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or deny participation to anyone, including for violations of these terms.
